Upprop is a browser extension that assists freelancers in generating high-quality Upwork proposals using AI-driven tools. It is designed to enhance proposal writing efficiency and increase the chances of client engagement.

While we aim to improve proposal quality, we do not guarantee job acquisition or response rates on Upwork.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for the proposals generated and submitted via Upprop. You must ensure that all content you submit through our tool complies with Upwork’s terms of service and is truthful and professional.

You also agree not to use the extension for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in any way that could harm the reputation of BitCraftX or Upprop.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, and source code related to Upprop are the intellectual property of BitCraftX. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of the service or its content is strictly prohibited.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tool solely for its intended purpose.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Upprop at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the extension and delete any related materials in your possession.

6. Disclaimer

Upprop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the extension will lead to Upwork job success or specific outcomes. Users are encouraged to use their judgment and experience when submitting proposals.

We disclaim all liability for decisions made by users based on content generated through the extension.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitCraftX shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Upprop.

This includes but is not limited to loss of income, loss of business opportunities, or data corruption.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BitCraftX is based. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this service will be handled in accordance with those laws.

By using Upprop, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for any such disputes.
